Pickering Update Hi to every one who is going to Pickering this year I have just spoken to Richard Ashworth one of the organizers and we will definately be with the Classic Caravans this year and I have taken over the Classic Caravan Stewards position. He will be sending me a list of Bedfords and classic caravans after the closing date which is 29th June,so if anyone else is interested in joining us at Pickering print yourself an entry form out put Bedford CF Club on it and send it off then please let Rae know and he will add you to the list.Dave ---------------------- |

Just got the entry acknowledgement through but no passes. They advise these will be sent prior to the event (which will be good). I'm guessing this is to prevent forged passes. ---------------------- |

Just received the following e-mail from the organisers. ENTRIES CLOSING SOON Please note applications for entering exhibits (cars/commercials etc.) into Pickering Traction Engine Rally – 2nd 3rd 4th 5th August 2012 – close on Friday 29th June. Any applications received after this date will be refused and returned to the applicant. If you have entered already we look forward to welcoming you to the event. Vehicle Passes and Information Sheets will be sent out w/c 2nd July Please ensure you have a vehicle pass for all of the vehicles you are bringing onto site. A vehicle without a pass will be refused entry. Passes will not be issued on the weekend.
